Customs clearance is one of the essential steps in the export process and must be carried out in compliance with customs laws and regulations. For commercial exports, possessing a business card (export license) is mandatory. This card is issued by the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture and approved by the Ministry of Commerce. Additionally, cooperative companies can obtain their business card from the Chamber of Cooperatives.

1. Registration of Documents with Customs
At this stage, the exporter or their legal representative visits the customs documentation section with the customs declaration and required documents.

3. Valuation of Goods and Issuance of Declaration
