Outside the Box:
The box must be intact with no tears, cracks, or signs of moisture.
Labels and addresses should be placed on the top of the box and must not be covered with tape.
Barcodes must be firmly and neatly attached to the package.
Use high-quality tape applied in an “H” pattern (top, bottom, and edges) to seal the box.
Packages weighing over 25 kilograms should be marked with a “Heavy” label.
Inside the Box:
Fragile items must be protected with additional cushioning.
Each box should contain only one type of product.
For heavy items, use sturdy base support and extra padding.
Metal items should be wrapped with protective layers to prevent injury to handling personnel.
Empty spaces inside the box should be filled with foam or polystyrene.
Pallet Packaging:
Boxes must be flat to sit securely on the pallet and should be firmly fixed in place.
The pallet should be of good quality and suitable for forklift handling.
The size and arrangement of boxes on the pallet must not extend beyond the pallet surface.
